Before the boardroom, I was on the shop floor of a large compressor manufacturing plant. I didn’t just study processes — I lived them. This “grease on the hands” experience evolved into Vendor Development, where I mastered the art of procurement, complex contract negotiation, and the physical realities of global supply chains.
